Stayed here one night at anchor, August 23. Few boats and plenty of space. Good holding ground. Entered and exited from the north through the passage west of Lekerøya.

Relatively large bay protected against westerly winds. Mud gives the anchor good hold at 6-9 meters depths

We sought shelter from strong winds out on the coast where it was blowing over 20 m/s from the west. In here, we found good anchoring conditions and shelter from the wind, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. There are no facilities and nothing special to see, but it is a nice harbor to stay overnight if there is too much wind out on the coast.

There are several reefs in the approach and poor holding with a lot of grass. We attempted to anchor here in July '23 but had to give up. Instead, we anchored north of Skutholmen. There, the holding was good.

The harbour is located within a gate and a bridge that are closed at low tide. The first bridge opening is 2 hours before high tide, and the last is 3 hours after high tide. It is advantageous to call the harbourmaster before arrival, but you can also call up on channel 9 if you are on a buoy outside.
Phone number to the harbourmaster (as of summer 24) +33 3 21 34 55 23
The cost was 43 Euros per day for boats up to 15 meters (also summer 24)

Nice anchorage outside Muros. A short way into town, which has a small harbor with a dinghy dock. There is a Gadis grocery store by the harbor.

Anchored here for a night in July 24. There was a forecast of 15 m/s from the east during the night. The anchor held very well at about 4 meters with 25 meters of chain, and we slept well even though the wind howled in the rigging and the boat swayed. There isn't much exciting to do here, but you can take the dinghy ashore and go for a walk. For example, up to Føns church. There was a kiosk on the beach that had ice cream, beer, and sausages. Also possible to dispose of garbage as there is a trash can just beyond the pier.

Large and popular anchorage at a nice island. Very cozy to go for a walk on the island. Truly old-fashioned Danish atmosphere. The Merchant's House is definitely worth a visit. Bottom conditions are clay, sand, and stone with some grass. Noticed that some people had trouble getting a hold.

Super beach and the town was quite alright. Good anchorage, but a lot of seaweed/grass on the anchor and chain when we were leaving. Also a lot of fishing activity in the bay at night and in the morning.

Approach and maritime conditions: At Granholmen camping, there is a municipal dock where it is allowed to moor on the outside for up to 2 days. The dock does not have electricity and water. The dock is not part of the camping site, and it is free to stay there. There are good depths along the entire outside of the dock. Some waves from traffic can be expected.
The area: Granholmen Camping is a popular campsite with good facilities including a kiosk, pub, and cafe. It is open during the camping season. It is approximately 1 km walk up to Meny. The campsite is not responsible for the docks, which are municipal.

Approach and maritime conditions: Anholt harbor is a popular port and it can be difficult to find space here, especially from mid-July onwards. However, there is usually 'room for one more,' and it is not uncommon for boats to be moored between the piers without tying up at the dock during peak season.
Mooring: There are floating docks with buoys, and you can choose whether to stay bow or stern in. It is possible to stay alongside the dock if you are outside the peak season. The harbor can become very crowded.
The Area: Fantastic island, beautiful beaches, good restaurants and bars, and great recreational opportunities both on foot and by bike.

Approach and maritime conditions: Alongside berths in the channel into Nyhavn
Mooring: Quay, alongside
The area: Copenhagen has almost everything. In the guest harbor, you can pay at the machine. There are no facilities beyond electricity and water on the dock, but there is a service building at Ofelia Plads. ( Where the Danish boat docked in the old days. About a 10-minute walk )
At Ofelia Plads, it is also possible to stay (Guest harbor)

Stayed here 2 nights in July '23, sailboats of 46 and 42 feet. Called in advance and got permission +4549210515. You need to go to the other harbour to find the automated payment for harbour dues.

Approach and maritime conditions: Østre Bustein is located far out in Færder National Park, with Sandøsund, Ildverket, and Vestre Bustein nearby
Anchoring: 2 side-to berthing spots for sailboats. It is also possible to anchor with the stern anchor and the bow towards land. Sandy bottom. Not recommended in western and northern winds, favorable wind directions are 60 - 210 degrees
The Area: Østre Bustein has a lot of vegetation and can be a bit difficult to hike with few paths and some rugged terrain. Store Fjærskjær, located outside, has fantastic smooth rock formations

Nice, but relatively expensive harbor. No permanent guest spots, so it is based on red/green signs. You pay for the size of the spot, not the boat, which can increase the price if only large spots are available. Restaurants in the harbor and quite easy to walk, bike, or take a scooter to the city center.

Large bay that provides good protection from everything except the east. Good holding in a sandy bottom. Short distance to dinghy dock at Sandbjerg Marina. Netto and Rema 1000 are within a short walking distance. We stayed here July 7-8, '24. It had been blowing SW 12-15 m/s all day, but it was quite calm in here. Became completely calm by sunset.

Arrived here after crossing from Camaret Sur Mer on August 24th. It was rough outside, but calm and peaceful inside the breakwater. Good holding and decent dinghy parking at the Red Cross dock by the yellow house. Short walk into the town with all kinds of shops, including a hardware store that sold gas cylinders with Norwegian Statoil fittings.

Remember to announce your arrival to Calais harbor before you come. This is done on channel 17. Once you have entered the waiting basin, you can moor at a buoy and call the harbor master at +33 3 21 34 55 23 or call on channel 9. We did not get a response on 9, but got a response on the phone. 24.7.24
